Return / Exchange Policies
Textbooks
Textbooks can only be refunded and/or exchanged the first eight days of the quarter (summer quarter is during the first 6 days), and only if purchased for the current quarter. Receipt is required. Credit and debit card purchases are refunded to the card, No cash (card should be present). 100% refund when course has been dropped (proof of drop is required, a copy of the new schedule). 90% refund for any other reason, approved by bookstore staff. New books must be in same condition, clean, no markings. Bundles (books with additional components, i.e. access codes or supplemental manuals) must still be in original wrapping with all components unmarked and unopened. Optional materials, i.e. additional readings, lab manuals, study guides, may be ineligible for return or exchange.
General Merchandise
25 days from date of purchase. RECEIPT is required. Merchandise, i.e. gift items, clothing, supplies, backpacks, insignia items, must be in new condition. Unused, no markings, original packaging if applicable. Some items, i.e. computer software, calculators, kits, are nonreturnable. If a product is defective, it should be returned within 5 days for replacement.

Ground Shipping
Orders normally will process within 24 hours (during peak times up to 48 hours). You will receive a confirmation email. Your order will arrive in approximately 2 – 5 days.
Pick-Up In Store
Orders normally will process within 24 hours (during peak times up to 48 hours). You will receive a confirmation email that your order is ready for pick up during normal store hours.
